whats the ingrediants Ken , and why mix and not buy a "ready-mix" in ?

is a hell of a lot cheaper its just the same as matrix with a few added ingredients like linseed powder sunflower hearts and a few hand fulls of haiths red band that bucket hold 10kg for under £10

I'm not keen on Matrix or adding linseed etc thru it, think it makes them eat more of it than they require. JMO

Don,t know what Ken uses but you could start with a large bag of cow minerals from your local farm supplies,good stuff and fairly cheap.also a bag of redstone mixed grit,that would be a good start,some brewers yeast powder and proceed from there,baby powder could be another one,just a few ideas.
