Guest stb- Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 on the 16th julyafter percy had go at my 72 yb i lost 23 in total . i had 49 and added another 17 that were just on wing bringing me up to 66 . have had them flying well last week but didint let them out yesterday as seen percies back and forth regular . hadnt seen them about this morning so let the 66 out at 11am flew about for half hour up high then bassa percie into them , split into 2 batches one went east other went south , got a batch of 13 at 8.30 tonight with there winngs at there ankles , not seen another feather 53 awol again expletive remove . I was going to start training them at weekend as they have just dropped first flights now . Canny really see a point in it as thats 4 out the last 5 year same things happend now .

Terrible bob,there are 3 sitting on the holding roof tonight with English rings and nothing on other leg, a nice blue pied and two blues,maybe yours?

Soul destroying . Got no problems last year but got cleaned out the last previous 3 years .

Valiant Fifer Posted July 22, 2015 Report Posted July 22, 2015 same thing happening here rab, every two or three nights another one gone sometimes two sometimes three. i'm getting the odd one reported many mls from the loft. this is before i even started training. Ybs dont get the same chance as they did years ago. I'll soon have none left and dont know if i should race them now or just call it a day cause am sick and tired of it. Like some one on here said in a previous post if it was happening to raptors something would get done about it. No other people/sportsmen/women would be asked by anybody to put up with so much crap! All other animals are afforded some sort of protection but not our harmless racing pigeons.something could be done about it but wee all know that i wont because a certain corrupt body simply wont allow it. Their quite happy cause its not happening to them and their pets.Parliament could do something about it but wont, cause their week and really there's absolutely nothing in it for them so wont act why would they, have they got anything to gain ???????????

Guest stb- Posted July 23, 2015 Report Posted July 23, 2015 7.30 and not a feather , with them only being 8 and 10 weeks old there is not much of them to sustain being away so long especially seeing how tired and hungry the 13 were who got home last night . I seem to be in this position all the time now .
