The N.I.P.A. are in Penzance and at the present time it is overcast at the release point , it is the same the whole way up to Talbenny . Across in Wexford it is showing signs of improvement , but as we have a westerly wind it may not clear quick enough for a liberation . I will review the situation towards 11-00am and update approximately. As for the five bird race from Fermoy I am hope full of a liberation around between 11-00am and 1-00pm I will keep you informed as the morning progresses.
