spot on delboy everyone knows joint convoying is our only way to keep  transport costs down

and for me with a small team of birds i get the best of the snfc and lanarkshire

 

some folk seem to forget since our new transport company took over our transport costs have shot out of control

i reckon lanarkshire could not go to the coast then france without a very very heavy loss

sure mr henderson would agree with me

the snfc transport the birds in 7.5 ton lorrys why does the lanarkshire fed use artics 7.5 ton lorrys cost a lot less to run how heavy is a lorry load of doos i think artcs is overkill and i am sure we could get some drivers to drive them free

Me I just want to race my birds and if that is with the SNFC or the lanarkshire fed now I have 2 races on 1 day and only having to send 1 lot of birds that is good for me and the

members of the fed and snfc now let's hope we get some good races in 2010 I would like to see the fed take in the youngbird. SNFC race aswell

common sense bigda, the days when scottish feds can go on there lonesome to the english coast are long gone and that includes the lanarkshire. ;) ;) :)

 

North of Scotland Fed still goes by itself down to hastings  well over 450mls to members

and they a lot smaller than lanakshire fed   ;) ;)

I race in the NW Fed our members voted against it :'( :'(

The reason being that we were losing money going with the National???

dont understant that one, we will be lucky to have 300-500 birds at the last couple of races.

I will be sending my birds to the National that day not the fed.

Who would go with you ??? You are always saying you dont want or need the pilgrims in your transporter.Your fed charges non Lanarkshire members 40% more, which is diabolical, Im cheaper and better going with SNFC

dont think you have nailed this one wings,only convoying facilities, remember you pay birdage to fed and club for results, open prize money, trophies fed results etc,but to pay 40% more just for a hurl is not right. :-/ :-/ :-/ :-/ have a think about it.

You are spot on there but this was done with out the members boing what was going to happen I like to see ppl racing there birds but if they are not it the fed boundery then there is not a lot I or anyone can do if they don't open it  I no what it's like not to get it to a club and being told by the fed you can't race in it but to get racing my birds I would pay what they asked for as some clubs pay 50p a bird I pay 38p a bird

could,there be a problem not having control over when the birds are liberated, reguardles of prevaling winds,im sure SNFC , will realease birds to suit the whole of scotland not just the east of the country

tell me why the national charge none members £1  then,  if we done it on our own its £9.50 a basket now  

with the Nat  its £28 a basket   no duplications nothing. so yer getting yer storys all wrong bigda as it is
