The gold cup birds arrived on site at alancon this morning at 10:30

Been a good trip so far just lost an hr with road works in France yesterday

Weather is great not to warm with a light south east wind on site transporter parked in shade under trees birds are drinking well and settled we will start to feed at 4:30 and change the water

Just hope the weather is good for a race sooner rather than later

Yours in sport j McCord

John in all the years I've raced doo,s I've never seen a conveyor do what u are doing and with such confidence and openness it's a chance to get 1 st hand info right from the horses mouth so to speak I take my hat off to you and have every confidence that my birds are been seen to by the right guy keep up the good work and thanks very much

The prob is the south of England from Dover to just below catterick light rain possibly in the south with a band of more serious stuff just above Leicester but let's hope the timing is out just a wee bit and that front moves across the country quicker than expected it happens from catterick up its perfect except the wind changes to ENE but it sw all the way to catterick good luck to all in both races 50/50 chance of liberation
