Been doing a bit of reading on Black Seed Oil. Just wondered has anyone been using it, and if so, what are your thoughts / experiences ?

what is the name of the actual seed?

Rape seed oil is not good for pigeons. Hemp oil is though. Linseed is good. Fish oil contains omega 3 which is good in small quantities.
