Have tried a few times to use the SHU email address on their site, to enquire about transfers I posted off, can any one please confirm if this email address is correct, as it keeps coming up as unrecognised when I try to send my message.emoticon-0138-thinking.gif

I know a site member who had a youngster off us ,and went straight down in person to sort transfer (early May) .rings hadn't been assigned then :emoticon-0127-lipssealed: another who tried to sort them early , was apparently told "cant do youngsters until 1st of June" and was further told this was to give time for all transferred young to be settled at new loft ? which I find incredible , how on earth can a lost youngster then be returned to the correct owner ??? :emoticon-0138-thinking:

I was in the office the other day and the lassies were run off their feet. Now i'm no saying its perfect but the day you hand/send in the transfer form it is Date stamped, so 14 days henceforth you can do what you like with it. Fanciers being fanciers, ma self included! leave things to the last minute and the office is snowed under with transfers. Oh aye, and the phone never halted all the time i was in, which at this time of year could well be a bird getting reported then that HAS to be dealt with there and then, before they can get back to dealing with transfers. then the phone rings!!!

Its easy to be critical but i know they work hard in that office, especially at this time of year, so a wee bit patience will go a Long way when most needed, like the now! emoticon-0157-sun.gifemoticon-0157-sun.gif
