Guest Gareth Rankin Posted April 16, 2013 Report Posted April 16, 2013 you cant win gareth m8Can't do anymore more than notify members the night before that decision will be taken in morning, especially when it was made as early as 05.30.
ALF Posted April 16, 2013 Report Posted April 16, 2013 Sorry Alan, given that Wedensdays weather is forecast to be poor, I was hoping for forcast to change for the better overnight for today, this to give the members a trainer before Saturday, especially the fanciers that have not hot them started. I'm sure someone will be able to let the pigeons you have basketted out for a fly.Gareth it's no a problem with me working shifts I have to make my decision before 5 in the morning its fine only 17 cocks in the basket so plenty room and no damage done mate Cheers Alan

geordie1234 Posted April 16, 2013 Report Posted April 16, 2013 i dont think it was the wind or rain as the elsrickle doos tumbled in i think they have been rattled with the hawks and there is plenty of workouts in front of the doos without them getting it in a short toss at this stage of the season imoTotally agree Davy they don't need this sort of workout at this stage of the season as it's a long season. But how do you know what sort of workout they are going to get before the toss? They could have been up the road in jig time? Just the same as if you go a short toss you could get a bop strike and get scattered everywhere. I'm now 27/28 yearling hen missing
