Did get through to him once and he said he was at work and to get back in touch in the evening, did this and got no answer as usual? Is there a good time to get an answer from his no.'s as I have tried at various times off the day?

Kyleakin Lofts Posted October 8, 2012 Report Posted October 8, 2012 I have used him in the past and found him to be reasonable, a bit slow and hard to contact, but the job was done.
mushroom Posted October 8, 2012 Report Posted October 8, 2012 I used him this year and I ended up contacting RPRA as he made promise after promise when my clock would arrive, thats when he could be bothered to answer the phone, seems a nice enough fellow but I think he takes too much on.

W.D. Posted October 10, 2012 Author Report Posted October 10, 2012 Finally managed to get a reply via text on monday, replied asking what exactly was wrong with T3 & Printer, didn't get a proper answer just its been fixed.Best of all, I recommended him to a mate to replace batteries on 2 T3's and he had a lot of trouble too but got his back long before mine, only because he said he didnt have a clock to race with for y/bs which was true.

W.D. Posted April 19, 2015 Author Report Posted April 19, 2015 An update on my T3. Finally got it back from PJ Mills 6 months nearly after he promised he would bring it to Telford for me to pick up there, only to be told when I got there that he had forgotten it. He then wanted £10 to send it back to me?! Told him in no certain terms it was his fault that he didn't bring it to Telford not mine, and I wasn't going to pay it!Started to use it last season and it was going ok till the last O/B race then the screen went blank, no warning on screen beforehand? Called PJ and asked his advice and he couldn't say without looking at it. Didn't want to go through the same hassle as last time with him so sent it to Linell this time. Phoned them beforehand to tell them the problem, after trying all week to get a hold of them I finally got someone to talk to,- signs of things to come! Sent it off recorded delivery, only had to wait the 3 weeks that I was told it would take to repair and service it. Been trying on and off for 2 weeks now to get a hold of them, left messages on their answer phone, emailed them also, but no luck. Then I read in the Racing Pigeon this week that another fancier has also been having trouble with them, so I gave them another call, and guess what? I got through to someone first time???!!! Seems a bit of bad publicity has helped?!Asked about my clock, the girl said she could not trace it as the computer was playing up, finally got an answer, which was, they have not repaired it yet and it should be ready in 6 weeks time???!!! ''Not the 3 weeks I was told originally'' I asked? No, she replied ''everyone's sent their clocks in late this year''I just wish that there was someone out there who can do the job properly without all the hassle that you have to go through.
