roly m8..as much as i admire your enthusiasm about this game ,yes england played good in parts but you must remember that one game doesnt prove anything and just about winning scotland the other week proves that this team(england)can also lose points if pressured...something proved yesterday when wales put them under pressure in the 1st half for a while..england looked to be ready for points against them...but to my surprise wales didnt put that pressure into points and let england come at them.

you say about england and how wales must be in awe about their potential...i would suggest it maybe more on the english side of the border that may think theres big potential as you have stated.

wales have young players in too and they have just started to gel.

george north is going to be a big talent if helped to grow, instead they leave him out too wide where he wont get too much ball.

but yes some good talent on show for england ..especially young farrell..played well and his old man must have been well proud of him..i remember his dad playing for my fav league team wigan for a good few years...brill kicker of the ball too.

I think Paul, the main difference is that wales run side ways far too much.

England have proven that they have the basic, and fundemental ability to defend so very well. - Will improve a lot - BUT the greatest asset that England have shown, and Wales seem incapable of is, is that as soon ast they win the ball back they are going forward so very well and quickly.

Yes I do honestly think that any side will struggle in the next ten years to hold England, as they have so much more depth to draw from than any other Home Nation side. Have got shot of the Ego's and can only build, like wales had to 6 - 8 years ago, who reached the summit at the last World Cup. The vast differnce there was that Wales earnt and were proud as punch to wear the Shirt and did everything that they could.

England - like our footballing side, think it is their' right and turn up to play, not to PERFORM. Wales had pride, and in abundance.

Like I often quote, I'd rather have eleven players doing they utmost and playing as a team, and for each other with PRIDE and running for each other than the last 8 years of the egoestic crap we have put out in the last 2 -3 World cups at football, and the shower at the last Rugby W.C. Even if from lower divisions!

Not above 4 -5 English names earnt any credit. Why they went is a baffling mystery to me. Couldn't even behave for 2 -3 weeks! They let their' country down so badly ... Trouble is they will still think that they were / are the 'Great I am's'.

Wales / Scotland / Ireland play with the pride and tradition that put the English to shame.

Give us that pride, a sence of belonging to be proud of and we would nigh rule the top places at both rugby and Soccer --- A side taking NOTHING for granted.

That is why I get more pride with Scotalnd and Ireland and Wales, even envious .... Because they care and try!

Good big ones always beat good little ones. the extra wieght told I fear. Scotland were very good speed wise. But the effort - per norm - was just too much. Like Wales were 2 - 4 seasons ago. have to rotate the lighter buys with heavier ones.

The manager will have to go?

You not knowing that does suprise men Billt. They are renowned world wide for their' anti English. Gosh look at the racist Murry. He was made to bow to the queen or leave! He backed down when given the option. Would have serve him better to have withdrawn and save face if he wished to give any creedance to his foolishness.

'Don't care who wins ... as long as England don't' he cries and wears any England's opponent colours etc. Like many more.

Come to Corby and see them gather to cheer against us.

Us English cheer for England first or course, and when not in it they cheer and support ANY home nation. But then we aren't jealous and accept our rightful place lol. At the top lol.

The Scots had two decent songs. Scotalnd the Brave' and 'Bonney Scotland'. what do they do? They call a Weed a Flower and take a thread of truth and weaave myth after myth INTO it to make a fabric... that can't be worn lol :emoticon-0136-giggle: ...

If we English were to sing 'Stinking Billy of Falkirk' and a few home truths - they would wreck the place.

Mind most English don't mind 'Flower of Scotland, as it shows that for A. How longit has been -nearly 800 years - since they had anything to shout about lol :rolleyes: It shows the full extent of the predominent English supremacy. Plus it does builds up the cockles of one's heart to hear it as we inwardly smile - titter and outright laugh lol. :002:
