holmsidelofts Posted November 10, 2011 Report Posted November 10, 2011 Hi all.Are there any chinese fanciers on here that can proof read a chinese manuscript. Ive just produced a new pigeon dvd and have been asked to market it in china, so i have got what is supposed to be the top translation software available and will be doing a transcript of the dvd over the next couple of days. I will then translate it into traditional chinese using the software. what I'm looking for is someone to proof read the chinese against the english translation and to make any corrections to the chinese text, if theres anyone out there that can help i would be glad to give you a copy of the dvd plus rear you a pair of youngsters for your trouble. Pm me if you can help. cheers.Jas.

holmsidelofts Posted November 10, 2011 Author Report Posted November 10, 2011 åªè¦ä½¿ç”¨è°·æŒç¿»è¯ Hi oldyellow. i wish it was as simple as that, i have translation software that costs over a £1000 and supplies google and all the major search engines with there translation software for there sites but isn't 100% accurate, you can go to many translation websites and you'll get a different response back of each of them, What i need to know is the translation 100% accurate and the only way to be sure is to have it proof read by someone who speaks the language, I need to be sure that nothing is lost in translation. The chinese market for pigeon products is vast i a lot of time and money have been invested in the production of this dvd so it has to be right. cheers. Jas.
Fair Play Posted November 11, 2011 Report Posted November 11, 2011 Can you not talk to one of the Chinese takeaway people they usually have kids at Uni that speak the lingo and might be happy to earn a few quid JAS
