just ask me Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 does your fed charge you by the bird or just one fee and would you like it to change
Guest youngboy Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 loft fee is 5 euro for each fed race im not to shure on national but think its euro per bird IMO i think a 5er loft fee is hefty enough as if i was to race all 20 race ( 10 ob and 10 yb ) and 12 of these are feds its costing 60 quid over the fed fees as it is not including the Gold Ring ( 25 euro ob & 25 euro Yb ) Breeder buyers ( 40 for 1 bird 4 for 100 and 8 for 200 ) and also this doesn include the club nom and fed pools

Guest IB Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 Our Fed charges per bird. I'm not sure of the benefits for the Fed of changing to charging per race basket, or that it would be practical. In my own case - a small team Natural flyer - I'd need a cock and a hen basket. Each race basket normally holds 28 birds. I send 18 at most but would need to pay for space for 56? Our transporter accommodation is 2800 birds. The current arrangement allows us to joint convoy. Don't see that being possible with uncertain numbers in each race basket probably taking up more space on the transporter, so our costs could go up.
blue pied Posted September 1, 2011 Report Posted September 1, 2011 at glasgow each member pays £100.00 and we can send as many as we want every week
