lvlasked Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 right, i shall post pics as i go along and list the wood and price of my new shed that im building Floor Frame Work - £80 Tongued and Grooved Chipboard Flooring - shed Floor ofcourse Length: 2440mm Width: 1220mm Thickness: 12mm Items - 15Cost - £130 Exterior (WBP) Plywood - For the out Side Panels Cladding to muchLength: 2440mm Width: 1220mm Thickness: 6mm Items - 25Cost - £278 Studwork Timber - Frame Work for the shedLength: 2.4m Width: 63mm (2 1/2'') Thickness: 38mm (1 1/2'') Items - 70Cost - £155 Galvanised Welded Wire Steel MeshMesh Hole Size - 1"x1" inchOverall Size - 4ftx10m Cost - £26.00 Shed PaintColor - Dark oak5L x3 tinsCost - £30 Door Runners5 of themCost - £80 Back to my first design L shape Loft Pic Below of my drawing in paint http://imageshack.us/f/98/loftdesign.jpg/ Pics of the flooring will be up by the end of the weekend im hoping. If so get some plastic under it or lift it with blocks so you dinny encourage the wood tae rot!

showman Posted July 23, 2011 Report Posted July 23, 2011 When using the plywood you've bought, remember to seal all the edges before assembly. Preferably with a strip of self applied fibre glass which will wrap round the edges. If you don't take precautions it will 'split' in a very short space of time. JMO.Is there an 'EN' number marked on the sheats ?
