Guest bigda Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 just becoming a bit of a farce time we got back to going our selfes again and convoying other feds as i wont be back at it again sorry to here this ,that once again the national has ruined your enjoyment, i agree its the tail wagging the dog, at this minute in time in our fed, but hopefully that will be put right at the next agm, hang in there sammy. there days are numberd. bigda as it is here for the under dog
Henrik Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 Lanarkshire are no different to any other Fed. Members get the clock read, get a clock sheet and hand it to their Fed secretary. Not up to the SNFC to do the lanarkshire result for them. Oh and just out of interest did you get a Doo Bigda ?

You held on to them to long yes i got 2 the next day late, there was nothing wrong with the nat, to bring the birds 30 mile inland to maidston where there was less wind and that would have been the more sensible thing to do hope you learn, from your mistakes and the lanarkshire have nothing more to do with you got it
JohnQuinn Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 What i'm left wondering is, the Lan Fed members racing from Eastbourne would, i assume, use the Uddingston and Newmains stations, the question therefore is not what did the national do or not do, but why didn't the clock setters run off a copy of the times to give to the Fed. I think John Lawrie did that at Newmains so it should happen everywhere.???I really think it should be clear to everyone what should be happening to the clock sheets. Far as i'm concerned the onus is on the fed to make arrangements for prompt results to be printed. It is, after all, nothing to do with the SNFC when our result is available. The secretary of the national isnae sittin waiting for Lanarkshire times, cos he has arrangements in place to make sure he gets the National members times, whether Lanarkshire or otherwise.Every secretary in the Fed has to get their members times to do a club result, so that means all the information required to do a Fed result, is in the club secretaries hands.

Guest bigda Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 Well if im still racing next year a hope the best fed in scotland go it alone sorry you feel like this harky, ruining your season mate, hopfuly this is its last year, we have half as many members as the national, ok a few bad eggs but we can put right to right, we did not form the fed to keep the nat in the comfort zone, they havecaused splits in there own union, but they are not going to cause any in the lanarkshire fed, as thats the way i see it is heading, and i am here trying to hold it together, there are times when cheepness is false economy, and hopefully race points will also be looked at and given some thought on a fair race for the lanarkshire only bigda as it is
novo10 Posted June 23, 2010 Report Posted June 23, 2010 You held on to them to long yes i got 2 the next day late, there was nothing wrong with the nat, to bring the birds 30 mile inland to maidston where there was less wind and that would have been the more sensible thing to do hope you learn, from your mistakes and the lanarkshire have nothing more to do with you got itive listened 2 ur crap for weeks obviously u cant be good enough 2 join the national have u ever won anything

Well nothing like a bit of controversy to get the facte out. Since this earlier post i have discovered, from impeccable source, that it was indeed the SNFC's fault the Lan Fed members won't get a result this week.Turns out the clever dick's who were marking the pool sheets in the Uddingston station REFUSED to write the rubber ring numbers onto the Fed pool sheets, as was done at Newmains station, So Mr Henderson was sent pool sheets without rubber ring numbers on them. You canny do a result without them so we're snookered 'til Ian gets the national to send the info to him. I know he has let it be known to the station convener that it is Unacceptable for this to occur in the future. Unacceptable was the correct phrase too, because thats just what it is.
