I HAVE MUCH THE SAME PHILOSOPHY ON RACING OLD BIRDS AS YOURSELF BILLY AS I LIKE TO RACE MOST IF NOT ALL TO THE END OF THE FED PROGRAMME NEVER MIND STOPPING THEM EARLY FOR A TEAM FOR THE NEXT YEAR AS I DONT WANT TO FEED A LOT OF DOOS I THINK I WILL LOSE BEFORE THE 300MLS MARK THE FOLLOWING YEAR I WOULD RATHER HAVE 6 DOOS LEFT I KNOW HAVE TRIED FOR ME THAN 10-20-30 UNTRIED 1'S AS I DONT KEEP A BIG TEAM OF OLD BIRDS ;) WELL I HAD 47 TO START LAST SEASON AND NEVER AGAIN TOO MANY FOR ME TO LOOK AFTER AND NOTICE ALL THE DIFFERENT THINGS THAT EACH PIGEON WAS DOING
