HOMER49 Posted August 19, 2007 Report Posted August 19, 2007 what was said??????????????? Hi Hee Haw None the wiser Cheers Homer 49
Williedoo Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Went down to the meeting,we were 10 mins late and missed it.
Guest Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 I would like to have attended, but like many others in Scotland on Sunday, was involved in federation racing. Unfortunate that it was not an evening meeting.
Guest Greig the doo Drysdale Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 I would like to have attended, but like many others in Scotland on Sunday, was involved in federation racing. Unfortunate that it was not an evening meeting. I was the same wonder if we will get another Letter with NOTHING on it again
Ian McKay Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Well done Homer You got it in one HEE HAW I am on the committee and that is all we got HEE HAW No wiser than any other member??????????????
elanco Posted August 20, 2007 Author Report Posted August 20, 2007 Tell u what gets me; we have a pro in the SNFC who usually has something to say about every little thing that happens. Is he on holiday? Or is he, like the rest sticking his head in the sand. The way this has been handled is absolutely shocking. Lack of genuine experience on the COMMITTEE, not them all but most. The members have been treated like dummies. END OFF.
Guest Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Well, with respect, while we are talking about being treated like dummies: I see very little point in those who did attend the meeting opening a thread on it without posting something of what was said or discussed there. Just acted like dummies, said nothing and heard nothing? Or was what was said at the meeting not what you wanted to hear?
frank-123 Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 with all due respect bruno i could not attend the meeting yesterday so im glad the thread was started now i know i never missed anything so the thread may not interest you but it might let other's know what happened with respect bart
Roland Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 I would like to have attended, but like many others in Scotland on Sunday, was involved in federation racing. Unfortunate that it was not an evening meeting. Well intended, and me can help but thing that that will continue, unneccesary and and akward times ... Makes life so very easy for the committee and keeps the Plebes guessing and running around in circles.... so all in all al happy lol.
Guest Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 not getting involved but i would think the lawers put the gag on them
doos r us Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 not getting involved but i would think the lawers put the gag on them if thats the case why not send a letter to that effect with a meeting t.b.a when they can tell what went on instead of having members coming from aberdeen for bugger all
Guest Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 fair point maybe should have canceled the meeting save fanciers the trip but to be fair to the commitee they might have been told at late notice
jimmy white Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Had a previous engagement could'nt get there what was the jist of it Elanco lad? "me" you could outwit sherlock holmes ;D ;D ;D
doos r us Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 fair point maybe should have canceled the meeting save fanciers the trip but to be fair to the commitee they might have been told at late notice true but only the guys who attended can answer that asume the meeting would start with statement to that effect

Not one person who attended and posted to this thread has told any of the rest of us what was said at the meeting. So how do you know you 'never missed anything'? And how might a thread totally lacking in any information on the actual meeting 'let others know what happened'?
ALF Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Perhaps bruno nothing was said thats why nobody can post anything :-/ ;D ONLY A WUMIN WOULD SAY THAT :D :P :P ;) ;)

Guest Greig the doo Drysdale Posted August 21, 2007 Report Posted August 21, 2007 Perhaps bruno nothing was said thats why nobody can post anything :-/ ;D everyone sat for 10mins and never said a word remember it would mostly if not all be men so that can happen. Woman on the other hand cant

The President must have opened the meeting and explained its purpose. My information is [don't know the exact order of business] he then read a statement from the club, a letter of accusation, and a letter from the accused. Has any of this information been posted in this thread? No. What has been posted instead? Opinion. So what facts were those opinions based on ? Or is it another case of opinion = fact, or opinion based on no facts? No it doesn't suit me, Bart, and maybe it doesn't suit others too, that folk see fit to open a thread and populate it with opinion on a meeting and at the same time leave out the facts of what happened there. I wasn't there but I have been told of at least three items read out that I would be interested in knowing more about. But then knowing the facts might not suit some people.
elanco Posted August 21, 2007 Author Report Posted August 21, 2007 I was not prepared to post the actual content of statements read out at meeting because Bruno, I have tried to post thing regarding other treads on the SNFC rumours , call them what u want before only to find they have been withdrawn…ring any bell’s Bruno. How, I care about the SNFC so much so I got a non-fancier to be ready and time pigeons in for me just in case there was a liberation. I had a lot of miles to travel to get there so if me starting the tread got you back up, tuff. Now you can sit and pick holes in my wording, spelling etc and try & have a go at me not being as well educated as your good self Bruno but one thing is for sure the whole thing has been handled badly., and why could these statements not have been sent to each member of the SNFC, by letter, which then would not have wasted everyone’s time travelling etc and might have calmed the situation down a little Definitely end off !! Till the next time Mr B….have a nice day.
