hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 i seen the trap yesterday when i picked the pipos up it looks brill i might ask the wife to spoil me,im a joiner and it one of the best traps i have seen very well made, the pad goes under the first level infront of the bob wires it has a space just the right depth for the pad so the birds are technically not IN the loft when clocking in ,or put it another way could clock in then fly away?
joe61 Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 who cares so long as they tread the pad oh happy days micky mouse

Guest redwhiteblue Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 WHO CARES its breacking the rule thats why the pads are supposed to INSIDE the loft, and im naw mickey mouse im the big bad wolf numnut no rules r broken
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 thats whats wrong with these systems no policing one of the rules is the bird must enter the loft to time in correct me if im wrong?
naedoos Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 thats whats wrong with these systems no policing the first rule is the bird must enter the loft to timed in Surely the trap is part of the loft, once it has entered the trap it has entered the loft???
Roland Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Doesn't thr ules state 'Within the CONFINES of the loft.... Not within Confined' of the loft. There is a vast difference!
Jumbo Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Doesn't say it must be confined in the loft , if thats not in the loft i don't know what is.
Guest redwhiteblue Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 thats whats wrong with these systems no policing the first rule is the bird must enter the loft to timed in how does your doos trap
Roland Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Like I say... Wouldn't it be loverly, just for a topic in regards the ET, for the topic to stay in that topic... But no, of we go again. Ones never going to be educated in regards anything to do with the ET's on a 'Pigeon site, and thats for sure.
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 there are different rules shu/rpra different wording but they still are NOT in the loft
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 how does your doos trap through a old type trap through bob wires on a board then catch the bird de-rubber and clock in
naedoos Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 there are different rules shu/rpra different wording but they still are NOT in the loft But they are inside
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Surely the trap is part of the loft, once it has entered the trap it has entered the loft??? its not a trap its a box, the trap is where the birds drop though the bob wires
naedoos Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 its not a trap its a box, the trap is where the birds drop though the bob wires In that case all they would have to do would be to put the bob wires at the front of the trap before the pad???
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Like I say... Wouldn't it be loverly, just for a topic in regards the ET, for the topic to stay in that topic... But no, of we go again. Ones never going to be educated in regards anything to do with the ET's on a 'Pigeon site, and thats for sure. what do you mean i understand no probs its just all the wording of these rules that gives a bad taste in my mouth,by the way i could,nt give a monkeys if you use it or not it should be policed properly
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 In that case all they would have to do would be to put the bob wires at the front of the trap before the pad??? spot on mate, i see your still talking to me?
naedoos Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 spot on mate, i see your still talking to me? Telt ye, a never fall oot wi anybody, lifes too short
brerjr17 Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 The RPRA rule states that the pads should be in the confines of the loft or trapping system, the above trap is perfectly legal, theres nothing stopping a bird flying out again after timing it through open doors. just seems like the anti ETS brigade wants something else to moan about, ETS is here and its here to stay.
hotrod Posted January 19, 2009 Report Posted January 19, 2009 Telt ye, a never fall oot wi anybody, lifes too short i will argue about something if i know im RIGHT but i dont fall out ,i,ve had loads with my wee pal frankdooman we agree to disagree sometimes, but deep down he knows im always right lol
