budgie Posted July 6, 2009 Report Posted July 6, 2009 With the last Old Bird Race fast approching how many are you contemplating going with.Looking back over the last two years racing East and West route we have certainly been left with more pigeons going down the East and are sending between 6-8 to have a last go for Glory. It will be a long Winter.

It will be a long Winter. andy are you correct in saying falaise ,should it not be lillers? i heard on the grape vine that the snfc has contacted the unc to go to lillers .

Isn't Lillers less than 500 miles? If it is, will going there instead of Falaise not affect the Awards system? All for joint convoying to lower costs, but I think members will want 'traditional' distances maintained.
