Novice Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 hi if it is windy will they postpone the race, i have pigeons racein 2moro an bank hol monday, the wind is strong in liverpool depends where you are racing from. Directly into the wind then postponement is a possible. I appreciate your position also living in a westerly location.
chickadee Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 Whats the forecast for this weekend folks? This website that you posted ages ago Brian is the most accurate we have seen, we use it all the time http://www.xcweather.co.uk/GB/forecast
Guest Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 This website that you posted ages ago Brian is the most accurate we have seen, we use it all the time http://www.xcweather.co.uk/GB/forecast Its not a bad wind indicator Carol but its missing the monsoon showers we're experiencing in South Wales, its belting it down when the showers come, something to do with the tail end of hurricane Bill? Wouldn't put the rubbish out in this weather let alone the birds.
