Guest bigda Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 NEVER MIND AW THAT, WHO'S MANNY??? just to keep the pilgrims informed :-/ if the national is going to split to go with the unc the lanarkshire should go on our own to France we where under the influence that the whole of the national was going to Ypres but soon found out different and it was to Mark the death of the fallen soldiers and it was to be a annual thing we fell for that one all right

Guest IB Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 if the national is going to split to go with the unc the lanarkshire should go on our own to France we where under the influence that the whole of the national was going to Ypres but soon found out different and it was to Mark the death of the fallen soldiers and it was to be a annual thing we fell for that one all right Think you have your wires crossed. Ypres and Andrezel were marked on same day. Ypres birds were convoyed by National to Ypres, Andrezel birds went to Hartlepool and conveyed from there by UNC. Your comments on Ypres are nothing short of disgraceful. We send to mark the occasion. It is an annual event.

bibendium Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 if I am reading this thread right, you are saying that Lanarkshire Fed were not at Ypres with the SNFC as they were supposed to be, but liberated somewhere else .
Guest bigda Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 if I am reading this thread right, you are saying that Lanarkshire Fed were not at Ypres with the SNFC as they were supposed to be, but liberated somewhere else . ask at the agm
Guest bigda Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 do you have evidence of this? i am only interested in the lanarkshire doos , but why was the transporter moved that i don't know as yet but the only thing that i am concerned with is the committee never cracked a light to the lanarkshire, the only good to come from it there was east in the wind that could have saved the day, if the birds where not at the site long enough they would not have had time to have a drink these are things you will have to ask i have to ask the lanarkshire fed are they happy with the treatment they paid for

Guest bigda Posted December 24, 2009 Report Posted December 24, 2009 The convoyers report shows the birds were watered on the Saturday prior to liberation at 0630 and the wind was west, not east. the race controller said the birds to go at 5-30 why the delay and as he, has the call, what numpty thinks different controlling the national
HOMER49 Posted December 24, 2009 Author Report Posted December 24, 2009 Whats disturbing is there appears to be a hidden agenda which has nothing to do with the race. :(And it may just be certain partities not getting it their own way in the Lanarkshire Fed. Hi Andy No hidden agenda from me, only want to make sure that the race controller WILL have the full details of his telephone calls and computer printouts on the line of flight at the AGM for the Ypres race 2009 Cheers Homer 49
HOMER49 Posted December 24, 2009 Author Report Posted December 24, 2009 This is an open forum and I am sure the SNFC Race Controller would not threaten the integrity of the SNFC by posting up SNFC business onto this website. Homer, you are completely out of order, once again. I ll give you this, you are consistent. :B :B Hi Delboy Mr Rankin could ask for my email address and send me the details ? Just fighting in the pilgrims corner ;) ;) Cheers Homer 49
budgie Posted December 25, 2009 Report Posted December 25, 2009 Colin Gray -SNFC convoyer at Ypres confirms that they were liberated at 6.30am into a light west wind with confirmation to the Race Controller.
jocky Posted December 25, 2009 Report Posted December 25, 2009 there should be no reason to ask the race controller or convoyer any questions. as the race was first class with good returns"""""
Rebus Posted December 25, 2009 Report Posted December 25, 2009 sent 4 yearlings 3 on the day the other early morning, prizes finished early evening, good race.
