Cheapest telephone rings

After loosing my best stock cock, im wanting to clip ring all birds with telephone number rings. Where is the best place to get them?

lambournes from bhw....but i use tel. rings and only had 1 reported ( that was a stray who went back to his old loft(dizzy)  ) last year. so don't get your hopes up

i got mine from boddy and ridgwood lazer printed on the numbers so never fade

 

 

but lamboarne rings are very good all me mates have them on there birds a few have sticky number strips that they put over the ets ring or a clip ring that the cheapest option the sticky number strips

I got the telephone stickers off Chris on Pigeon chat a tenner for 200 mainly for ETS rings but i can see no reason why you couldnae put them on a stock pigeons life ring ;)

i bought 50 plastic clip rings  at donny show and some stickers from pied piper off pigeon chat they work out at £9 per 100 rings i also used the stickers on my ets rings

Got them in 08 i'm sure and they are still on all of those birds with no sign of peeling off

Thanks everyone. Good idea about the stickers Bakes and guys. I like the look on the Lambournes ones, but what colour?  ;D Black or white or what?  ;D I repoerted a bird with a black one on and that looked classy  

 

Are rings better than stamping? I think non fanciers notice them easier  :-/

waste of time if no one rings. i lost 4 with phone number rings on,got one reported and returned. latest was just about 4 weeks ago,never heard anything from anyone.

i just stick them on clip rings that i use on yb,s till just before racing when change for ets ring again with stickers on

Lambournes are good rings, only drawback is that each colour is classed as a new order so bumping up the price. Laser printed rings at Blackpool are not charged for colour change but are more difficult to read.

yes mate all wing stamped telephone ring on then the usual life ring got my wing stamp from the link below mate i done my mates rollers the other day the younglad up the road from me and bought him some personal telephone rings for his birds for x-mas the same sort ive got but i bought him the yellow rings with black lettering as get on well with the lad and his mum and dad.

The problem with stamping the pigeon is that if a person gets your pigeon and wants to keep it, they will pull out the feathers with stamps on.

 

Lot of people I know have told me that telephone rings are good. But it just depends on who finds your pigeon (if its a good person who returns it to you  then you're lucky otherwise tough luck if they steal it)

they are good bernie stan has then on all his birds he put them over his unikon rings if i right think he said he bought a good few 100 for next to nothink mate.
