Thought youtube had a 'report video' complaint feature, don't see it on this link. Rspca is an international organisation and I'd expect its equivalent in that country would be interested in seeing that video.

I dont wear blinkers i just did not notice it.I will have another look

Hay another look, youll see him take it oot his bag/sack, throws it up, pigeon is disorientated,  :-/

I cant  see the pigeon tied up.It does look like he has thrown it up but i cant see him doing it.

I don't think the pigeon video was taken in this Country,look at the surrounding buildings,could be wrong.If you want to report anything on youT. there's a red flag to click on.He seems to have the pigeon in his hand fastened to a piece of string ?

if he was holding down a garden bird there be hell on  >     as far as i known kestrels dont normally take doos  :-/

If i had a kestrel it would be trained on pigeons theres no fun in hunting mice and voles And they dont normally attack pigeons.But they will if they have to.
