Not many for me at the moment 7 or 8 most of which were short spins a few weeks ago, but did jump them upto 40 mile yesterday and they come ok.

I just can not get motivated with the birds at moment, there is to much other sh*t going on with work, home life and to top it all arguments in my club, other then the 3 races i missed last year due to moving house, last week was the first time i have not sent in 8 years.

Probably not normal. It would say to me your birds are in bloody good nick and they need more than 5 mile. 10 mile min and let 'em run. Nice one. I used to go 40/50/60 mile but I just let 'em run and train 'em 10 mile cos they only need the last bit.
