i dont race myself fellas but the young birds are clearly thirsty, i live next the river ribble in preston, lancs and there have been young birds dropping like hell trying to land on the river. The rocks along the bank are lined with YB's

North of Scotland birds brought back from Thornton to Brechin and libbed at 4.15p.m

i drove up from london this morning & it was clear right upto stoke then it was hazeyright upto blackpool & didnt realy clear till well into the afternoon,our birds were up at 10.20 big mistake loads of birds missing i got 3together after 1hr 45 to do 87miles before we expected em, thought it was gonna be a good race but the others were well split up i ended up 3rd,4th,5th would of had 1st,2nd,3rd if they would of come straight in but cant complain got 1missing & 1reported in bootle liverpool

kent cosmopolitan fed went at 8am from littlehampton mine came back gagging for water

 

birds were watered soon as we arrived at approx 0200 ...you cant force young birds to drink..the water was there till ten mins before we libbed ....  plus this was there first race,i dont like posts that insinuate we havent done our job properly ....
