Been watching this thread unfold wondering if all is this energy and input will be applied at the AGM by those posting... probs not.

I am not that big a fan of inland nationals, they are merely glorified fed races.

Prehistoric or not, the SNFC was formed to promote long distance racing in Scotland that's how it should remain.

No wonder over the last few weeks I have been hearing of Scottish fanciers joining other classic clubs just so they can fulfill their wishes.... real long distance racing ;)

You say the scottish national was to promote long distance racing, well you should look at your Squills book.

9 years till u hit france.

The question I was answering , was to increase birdage and make it  more prestege.

as the first answer made a few of you choke on your Werther's Originals.

the other option you have is to do away with ur other national, this giving you bigger birdage and making it more prestegus.

this wont happen because a lot of you want to race in both incressing yor chances of winning won.

so it looks like what????

going back to what u did in the 80es.

Gareth Rankin hit on it, people are frightend or dont want to do this???

Proberly better sticking to what you have got then.

yo are a crazy bunch up there :-/

i agree bigda is the only won that sees that its not smelling roses we would settle for your suggestion as there nas been a lot of posts agreening wit bigda but also a lot want it to stay letting them go 2 hrs  and more after permitted time 6.30 am + whaterevergood on you bigda telling it as it is if there should be a inland race make it penzance so members can get there birds a wee bit more of a barrier i have also had a lot of posts regarding this issue every one your right but wasting your time so north boys your own your todd but rember a lot of fanciers are flying 20 to 40 birds to win from 260 miles our clubs last young bird race not mention ybn :o :o :o :o  :obigda for committee   8) 8) 8)
