Mick—guy called bob Pinkerton runs a young bird sale every year in aid of children’s ward at local hospital—done this for years and made a lot for the hospital.

He bends most of the local fanciers arms up their backs for young bird donations—we cannot refuse .

The birds are from some well respected lofts around Newcastle and surrounding area and you could buy a shed full at reasonable price and most fanciers will give you more than one if you buy young bird that isn’t in the pen.

Take heed mick, get to know how to keep birds and fly them,no need for stock birds just yet. they can put you down easyly get young birds and get them early, about April if you can try for 12 young birds to race 3 races with plenty training
