I was led to believe that everyone wishing to fly in any race governed by the shu had to have it done by the start of racing this year these systems were handed out at the start of last year, was also told that your existing distances were basicly getting binned and you had to use the new ones that the shu will be sending you , to me this says if you don't get it done you wont be racing shu sanctioned or snfc races as you wont have any valid distances I could be wrong but this is what I was told
kick the working man again ets allows me to clock birds when im at work I only know if ive got anything when my shift ends and I get home some say get someone to watch for your birds , aye right , who is going to spend all day at someone elses loft looking for doos sorry anyone I know who would possibly do it will more than likely have their own birds at the race and be at their own lofts when the birds are held and released during the week days not everyone can get off at the drop of a hat
had it twice both with yearlings 1st on I was moving from another section when I let it go it dropped dead on the floor the other one had just been out flying went up to a perch then dropped dead onto the floor this one may have hit something while out but I couldn't find a mark on it
in club fed shows how do you lads judge birds in flown classes with battle scars dented keels, a healed broken leg, etc etc these birds could be in perfect condition but are marked down for these blemishes in my experience
