hi -in early 2014 after a trip to belgium i added to my young/birds 5 birds----------2 from johan van herck 3 from guy evrearts then after a morning at little lier --consett co durham our lass bought 2 black walter docx birds and a grizzle of myers brothers from teeside. all birds were still in the loft but are in the baskets for their last race [basketted saturday for sunday race]--130 mile Newark so fingers crossed. to date one of the van herck is doing well and both the blacks are consistent. if you are thinking of going over i would recommend you go on an organised bus trip for your first visit,first w/end in march is when houten corn exchange is on -1000s of y/birds for sale as well as trip to leir market and natural breeding station. trips you might consider--irish lads come across into england and will pick up on route to hull-some of the scotish lads meet up at stranrae gillys trip from n/east-departs darlington picking up on the way to hull goodyears trip -you could jump his bus at hull leaveing your motor at hull. or if you want a little leir you could travel to consett--frank armstrong should be running his little lier as he did last year and there was a guy selling walter docx direct youngsters if you want phone numbers i will try and get some for you. last years advert little lier.bmp
