Cold,wet and very windy here.

Going back some time,Bob Moss from Cheshire had a pigeon called Diago (ithink)it was Versele Laga world sprint champion and most of its wins were from Cheltenham approx. 80 odd miles.

I only compete in sprint racing and introduced a new family in 2005,they won from the start.The birds will have 24 races during the young bird and yearling stage,any bird that does not have a couple of well placed fed cards has to go.

Nice sunny morning after a heavy frost,temp 4 degs.

A mate of mine bought one and washed it with a pressure jet before erecting,then he disinfected,it looks superb now and no problems health wise.

Not a fan of either side but would like to see City win to keep it tight at the top of the Premiership.Just hope its a good game.

Cheers Manny,although the car is a writeoff the good news is they left McDonald wrappers in the car and the Police are pretty confident they will be able to trace them with cctv. as the think they have been to the drive-thru.

Just had a phone call from my sister-inlaw to say she was broken into during the night,having her house keys,money,handbag and car stolen.They also tried to take the tv. but left it behind with some finger prints on it,it looks like kids going by the size of the footprints on the wooden floor.She had forgotten to set her alarm,this time of the year you can't take chances so be on the lookout.

"After youngsters transfer from milk to solid grains,they may become affected by diarrhoea.This,among other things,because the parents are consuming more water.Treat with Electrolyte in order to avoid and treat this problem".

What your saying sounds logical but from my understanding the birds that crave salt drink more water as it contains salt.If electrolytes or table salt is supplied the wet feeding will stop.There is nothing to be lost in trying this.atb.

I use as most people do,after a race,in hot weather and also when breeding as some birds crave salt and can be "wet feeders".
