Best time in Newmains Flying Club from Towlaw lib@8.45am s/e W.Smart & Sons at 11.14 am.We have 59/68 within the first hour so returns are looking good.

Whats the times /returns in your area and what distance are you flying from.The Lanarkshire Fed are up at 8.45 am from Towlaw which is around 110 miles to the Motherwell Area and going by the clouds they should exceed over 50miles/hour. :)Time will tell.

Lanarkshire Fed are sitting at Towlaw no word till 10.30am.Weather here is clear blue skies but very chilly.

With over 20,000 birds raced in the Fed over the last four weeks the Special Duplication Race should have a good entry with so few losses to date which goes down the Race Controling Team of Jim Hannah & Alex Blyth and lets not forget the wonderfull job being done by our Chief Convoyer Jim Lennon. ;)

Further to my last thread News just in from my Press Officer the Great Man Fae Bonkle that Jock has been beaten by the Whiteford Team fae the Hot Water Pond taking the First three Positions in Newmains Club timing at 9.57 am well done. ;)

Our returns from Otterburn are not so good 67/69 after 1hour from timing our first bird.Best times in Newmains so far is Jock (the Lum) Lawrie at 9.59am and another 3 at 10.00am.Well done ya jammy we Bas---d. ;) ;)Blaw hame right into Claire Street wae wany my vandebellies. ;)

Clearing up hear in the Motherwell area visibility 10mls light south east wind. Hope the Lanarkshire are thinking about liberating as there is rain coming in shortly.

The winner in Cambusnethan & Morningside is Zeek Fairley with a flying time of 1.19.46 and a velocity 1193.14.Well done ;) ;)In Newmains club it is ourselves with a vel :-1187. :)

Well thats the rain here now pelting down in Lanarkshire and a Big Thanks is the Order of the Day to Jim Hannah and his race controlling team for their enthusiam,drive and patience as we would not be in this current postition with the returns that we are having.Lets hope over the coming weeks that we all have healthy returns and we have pigeons left to compete in the Greatest Club In the Land the Scottish National Flying Club.Time and patience comes to mind and as some have stated it is not another wasted Saturday. ;) So moat it be. 68 out of 68 within hour.

I agree with Alf even if we have 6 Kelsos.Remember we are educating youngsters for the future and at the end of the day we all have 95% Shi-te in our lofts anyway.None of us are good enough for picking based on handling and looking at the only test is the basket and only then do we have some idea what the racers and breeders are capeble off.

No word on the Lanarkshire Fed sitting at Kelso till after 3.30pm and i think there is every chance of getting a race.Lets not be negative and destructive to the race controlling team after all they have their own pigeons to think about as well. ;) Bigda must know something with the tone of his response ie:- moving to Otterburn so late in the day ? ;)

How was your returns you dont seam to what ever reason get involved in performances and returns.We have 1 to come from 71. :-/

Returns almost 99% with the odd Pigeon missing.Well done Mr James Hannah and his race controlling team for a first class race but at the downside is the feeding bill is the same and we have to many Doos left. ;) Here in the North section of Newmains Flying club we have two to come but its down to the heavy route they have to encounter at the home end.Also well done to this weeks winner W.Smart & Son with a velocity of 1156. :)

Lanarkshire Fed baby sitting at Kelso nae word till 12.30pm. Northwest sitting beside them go at 7.00am taking just over one with good returns. :(
