I agree Alex, the youth system is the way to go, I was born and bred in Southampton so I'm a big saints fan, probably the best youth set-up in the UK, the problem was everybody wanted them luckily they have mega rich owners now so we will be at the top in a couple of years, you heard it here first

Neither for me but when I see Scotland at the bottom of the group and Belgium at the top I'd have to wonder what has happened to Scottish football, Kenny Millar still playing, good in his day but's that's a while ago
