You sound like my wife Andy I meant we have families with generations of thieves and worse but we never intervene in their reproduction but when it's a dog or other animal we all have views on the subject

As a former Pro. breeder of dogs I would say that was a very good post by Owen and what a shame we can't continue with the same thinking as regards the human race

My eldest g/daughter has a Newfy, "Yogi" must be 4 now, she is a nurse and leaving on a late shift when she got to her car she saw something move underneath, it was a tiny kitten, too young to be away from it's mother, took it home and fed it and it curled up with Yogi that was about 18mnths. ago and they are the best of friends, I've got 7 dogs and I wouldn't trust one of them with a kitten, They are big softy's
