the notification and agenda of shu council meetings are sent out to ur fed secy, who should call a meeting of members to go over the agenda and mandate ur delegates, but what happens is it is most likely ur fed officials who are the delegates so are just handed the agenda, and they go and do as they want, so once again its the fault of the members allowing this,

well if u dont know who is giving u information or debates, can u listen or take it serious, general chit chat and so on using usernames is ok but for saying what they have done etc is another thing,

yes the forum keeps u informed tammy, but if ur fed members are not getting kept up to date with what is going on in the shu then i suggest u get rid of ur delegates and get ones that will do there job and keep u informed, thats what they are there for, and its not just ur fed tammy it happens all over even in my own, when i was a shu delegate i always reported back to the members at the general meeting what went on at the shu council meetings. this is the problem tammy all over delegates are not mandated to do what the members want, how many shu delegates were instructed by there members on how to vote today, bet most voted as they wanted, not their members instructions. anyway all the best for 2007 tammy, mind get some good weather photos lol.

the requirement as i know it is birds must be vaccinated every 12 months, a vaccination lasts for 12 months,so if ur birds are inside that then they are ok.

in prinsiple a vaccination only lasts for 12 months so if u vaccinate a bird on the 12th april that would only last ti 12th april the following year, when u vaccinate ur young birds say end of august if they are not going to be in any old bird race after end of august as yearlings they do not have to get done as yearlings, a vaccination lasts 12 months

i think we can be breeding the hominng instink out of them, as bruno says they can see their suroundings from where they are when lost, its getting young birds if away from their loft or tierd in a race and they see a batch of birds or a loft,they are down and in, and u can take those birds away to liberate to try and get them home and they will come back to u, and some of ur own are lost.

don't believe what u hear, its a common thing to lose youngsters off the loft, could be something bothering them, cats, or hawks in the area, or nothing other than they just get lost or get in with another batch of birds, it is a common thing and happens to us all , some can be lucky and not lose them but its all in the game now. so its hard but nothing u are doing wrong.

i see as far as the ets is concerned with rules in the shu they are that bad the RPRA are considering getting help from the shu as they are experienced in this matter, so cant be that bad.

ALL SHU DELEGATES ARE ELECTED BY THEIR FED MEMBERS and should be mandated as to what is wanted at shu council meetings, if they are not then thats the fault of the members, so can't possibly see how anyone can be elected as a lifelong councilor, and i sugest johno that u have a talk with ur shu delegates and get what u think is wrong sorted, thats the ones u should be getting at not on the forum, we cant do anything but ur delegates can, they are the members messangers yes the delegates and its u and ur members that put them there. simple as that.

the council is not voted in at any meeting, they are elected from all the feds by the members, and the members tell them who they want in or out from the officials, dont understand where they get this bit thet officials and council are self elected. its YOU the Members that put them in.
