  19. if u live near or can contact a RSPCA office, as those wild birds need looking after, if u have some pigeon food or wheat open its mouth and put some in it, it will also need water, very important, but sugest u get in touch with the RSPCA.
  20. I think that AGM put the finnishing touches to the Fife Fed, dont know if this one on the 11th will rake back anything, surely with the objections to what went on at the agm they must sit up and listen?????????????
  21. this is the problem with the fife fed we have to pay for a hire to take our trailer down the road and its ok if its filled, but now we dont have the members to do so and it costs the same to go down the road no matter how many birds we have, so going down half full is very costly, even getting a smaller trailer is no good it still costs the same for the motor, this sort of hire thing is ok if u are a large fed, which the fife used to be (second largest in Scotland) but not now,
  22. it was to do with the fife fed supplying baskets to the others, as they went with the fife transporter, i think the problem was getting baskets etc to them, i am not sure what the problem is this year as they were going to start it again, not being an official now dont really know what is going on, but if transporters had the same baskets etc and the fed able to accomedate i say the one furthest north should get first chance to convoy, i think in the end some wanted the fife transporter to go up and pick up birds, which is putting a lot more cost on when we hire a motor to pull our trailor also the time involved meant 2 drivers , so this is why i say the firthest north fe able to convoy would be best.
