yes and ur fed handled it in the correct way, so members had to accept it as should any organisation must, but no one other than the fanciers going for this proposal new anything about it, ok we say u should be at the agm, but at the same time u should have all proposals on the agenda, what are they going to do next time someone puts in a proposal too late, throw it out, or if someone hands them a proposal at the agm meeting accept it like those were, i as said think there is a good idea there, but you must let allget a chance to sa yes or no, and u must stick to the rules regarding proposals,
-
yes but ur proposals would be on the agenda so all who wanted to vote on the proposals got a chance, the fife fed proposals wer not on the agenda, so only those that new about them and there was quite a few were there to vote for its go, and the voting on the top 2 was 27 against 28, and the way the voting was done was, there were 3 proposals, for this, and it was hands up for 1, hands up for 2, and hands up for 3, it was 13, 27, 28, so the one with 28 passed no staus quo brought into it, and i stood up and objected to the way it was done regarding the status quo and was told "thats the way its done status quo doesnt come into it," the way the proposals were put forward and delt with was all wrong, shu rules states all proposals for agm to be in the hands of the secretary 28 before the agm, some are trying to say this was just dealing with birdage and fees, which is done at agm's but no this was a different matter all together and those proposals should have been in, and on the agenda, and also put against the status quo, officialy in my mind as it was not status quo must still stand, i amnot against the idea, it could be good but its the way it was done, all the trouble in organisations seem to relate to officials being the boss etc, and they say there should be no boss, i disagree with that there is a boss, THE RULE BOOK, and thats made up by the members and if there is something in it u dont like or want changed u propose it is, and the majority will decide, but keep the rule book the boss and u will find less arguments and brake-ups, it tels u whois right and who is wrong, and all u need to know how to ask it is be able to read.

its £123 per loft for 13 races, as many birds as u want, no limit u pay the same for 10 or 100, and this is pluss £20 fees for fed then u have club and shu fees on top, the £123 is for club racing, the open races u must pay as usual per bird,
-
on the subject asking if there were any union delegates YES, 2 of the officials, who accepted the proposal. ???????
-
yes greengrass those are reasonable, i agree,
-
NO you can put as many birds away as you want and it cost the same, put 10 away or 100, and thats what they call fair racing???????????
-

yes birdage and fees are set at agm, but this was not just sorting the fees and cost of birdage, it changed the whole normal way in which members pay etc, and brining in paying wether you go to the race or not, so wasnt just the normal procedure was it, also they want the years money up front, in a way i would say this was changing the constitution,as you have always went to and paid for races u go to not races you dont, also u paid per birdage now u pay per loft, and no limit on birdage, so if u put 20 away and another puts 80 u pay the same. if u enter 6 races and another enters 16 u pay the same, so i do not think u can say its just the usual dealing with birdage and fees,
-
KEEP LOOKING SEAN SOMEONE WILL COME UP WITH HELP, ALL THE BEST.
-
i agree with that 100%, not just thst if u are paying up front for 13 races the fed is taking ur money so surely they are contracting to give u 13 races, what happens if races are off, are they breaking their contract, should u get a refund, look at the interest they are also making off ur money in the bank.
-
probably is ok and a good way but not to be brought in by surprise, and nothing on the agenda as this is a lot of money to be put at u the way it was, and surely any proposal going forward should finnish against the status quo, not a show of hands for a 1,2,3 and the highest wins never heard of that all my days. i do not say there is not something there it was the way it was done, and so big amount for the first time and giving no notice, of its intention.
-
the only thing on the agenda was FEDERATION FINANCE: discuss federation financial position in view of auditors report, which gave no indication of any proposals it finnished up there were 2 proposals in, but they were not on the agenda, and they took another from the hall, so 3 proposals, and the way it was voted on was, a show of hands for 1, a show of hands for 2, a show of hands for 3, the one with the most votes passed, nothing about the status quo, in my view those proposals should have been on the agenda for making such a big change, but also they should have went one against the other and the one left against status quo, if this had been on the agenda u could have possibly got more there, not only that is it fair that the members putting this proposal in new about it and to be there to vote for it, while most new nothing about it.

YES BUT WITH THE FIFE FED ITS £143 PLUS CLUB PLUS SHU, AT THE MOMENT FOR MY CLUB £195. AND NO LIMIT OF BIRDS SO THE SMALL TEAM MAN PAYING FOR THE BIG TEAM MAN, ALSO THIS WAS NEVER ON THE AGENDA, SO ONLY THOSE THAT HAD THE PROPOSAL IN NEW ABOUT IT, ALSO SOME CLUBS HAVE TO FERRY WE USED TOP GET 2p A BIRD NOW WE HAVE TO PAY OUR OWN, the £143 is made up of £20 for fees and and £123 for 13 club races open races (the ones which lost money) are still to be paid for, also partners pay £40 membership so theirs is £163, plus club and shu. a lot of money for pensioners and fanciers not working,
