i never said u need 20 members to form a federation i said (YOU NEED 4 OR MORE CLUBS TO FORM A FEDERATION) AND U NEED 5 MEMBERS WITH LOFTS TO FORM A CLUB) so for a club to change into a fed it would need 20 members so it could form 4 clubs, with 5 members in each, OK.

it's the council which elect the officials and it's the members who (SHOULD) instruct them on who they want to vote for, so members put the officials in office, they do not elect themselves,

hi at blackpool i visited the unikon stand, and they had a HP printer, the ones u use on the pc, u get a specisl device to fix on the rear of it and it does some printing from the ets not sure what but if u were getting in touch with the scottish agent for unikon he would let u know what it is,
