Morning all. Same drizzle here but we are expecting a break in the weather from 7-10am on the line of flight which will give us enough time to get the birds home hopefully. Good luck to all.

SE England drizzle just clearing with sunshine breaking through but bitterly cold North Easter.

Kent Cosmopolitan Fed up at Bedhampton 11:30. 107 Miles to me. Looking at round about 2:1/2hrs in a North East wind.

We are at Bedford on Sat 108 miles first race which I think is too far. A North Easterly wind forecast so a lot of thinking to do. The problem is if we miss this one, next week it's Lyndhurst 133mls.

A fine start to the day here in the South East . Managed to get a trainer in this morning.

What has suprised me on a couple of occasions is a pigeon coming in here having a feed and drink and within five minutes of it entering the loft being taken a distance of 100 miles plus and coming back !!!! absolutely amazing.

SE England dry and some sunshine, not too cold. Birds are away on a trainer but for the first time ever, since I've been keeping pigeons (63yrs) Hawks are now the main talking point amongst fanciers. We are overun with them. Some lads locally are having two strikes a day. My trainers have just dropped in, all present and correct.

Had the pleasure of playing darts against Jockey and Leighton Rees in the Mens pairs in the Torremolinos open some years ago had a lovely time with the man. R.I.P.

Are there any Unicon reps on this site or does anyone know of one with a phone no. New starter having trouble getting his clock sorted by Unicon.

In a direct line about 3 miles from me and planted firmly in the English Channel are about 150 plus of these Turbines. Not sure how to take em' at the minute, guess I'll have to go with the flow. Should only effect me when I fly the channel. Hopefully, pigeons are bright enough to avoid em'.
