One of life's true Gentleman nothing was ever to much trouble I've known Geordie since I was a boy and flown against him since I started racing. I remember in my 1st ever race with the Forth Club young birds from Kelso I was 2nd club to you and Bert and since then that's how's it's been if I was in before yous then I knew I had a chance. Every sat you would phone me to let me know the birds were away and what time to expect them and then when I or you had timed in we would phone to find out what time we had. Our club will no be the same without you. I'll miss our wee chats as you said many a time one week your at the top the next your at the bottom that's doo racing so very true pal. To his daughter's Bel and Sandra his grandchildren his brother and racing partner Bert and extended family I send my sincere condolences R.I.P
