To me that is what more people should be doing as it will only help to promote the sport - in the years i have kept the pouters for showing i have always loaned out birds knowing i can get back if required or even young of them, i have also offloaded young show birds. I can honestly say i have not spent alot of money on my show birds and do not to bad on the winning but since i have started with the racers i have spent a small fortune which i try to hide from the gaffer haha although ther are a few people out their that gave me a helping hand which i was very grateful for.
