I have had a bird reported by a non fancier at Stonelaws Farm I thought I would give this a shot to see if anyone local can pick up and look after until I can arrange a courier Pretty please
It might have strayed a bit too far - or been bred for a Scottish fancier it was bred by A L Foster (however - only the name is printed in the handbook - not their whereabouts)
If you send an email to the RPRA giving the details (pigeon ring number your address and telephone number and that you are a non-fancier - and that the pigeon has been found dead ) they will inform the owner the e-mail address is strays@rpra.org thank you for taking the time to help the bird
the ring is registered to the following club 26201 – 26800 IR18 COLIN H P S Gary Shaw, 114 Hawthorn Glen, Belfast, Northern Ireland BT17 0WH. Tel: 02890 430733
Congratulations also to Dave Brierley (fits on here) timing in this morning (don't know the time) from Bourges in only his 2nd old bird season to take 2nd club Oh - and well done to me as well timing in at 9.54.01 this morning with a four year old hen - who was also my first bird back from Clermont 2 weeks ago - and I think she's 4th club this is the third time I've sent to Bourges - and the first hen I've got back (2nd time I've timed in)
