Bought a few wee bits and pieces for the loft,handled a lot of birds for sale but came home empty handed.

Not sure of all the winners but the scottish lads did well,wins in the racing classes for Andrew Suckle and uncle Donald and Malcolm Mathieson and Brian Massey. ,wins also for the yuills and BIS J & A Bell,not sure of the classes,will have missed other scottish fanciers but not intentionally,well done to all winners.

The chap presenting the trophy to jock Reid looks like the editor of the rp gazette,his name I have lost at the moment though,some cracking Bob Cormack doos though.

Was a horror frank won by " the graduate" raced by John bosworth followed closely by this years section winner davie Donaldson glassford. Mr Stirling from your neck of the woods had one of the 21 gallant birds timed.

Was a good race that night,remember me and jock timing an 8yr old hen late on but alas the race was finished in the west before 9pm,great memories though!!!! I think bill frame won 50th open that night for 5 Rennes and a gold award.

Had a real good look at each doo and must say they are all toppers!!!!!!.
