john you say it WILL be to expensive,it is already happening amalgamation has always been the answer, dont want to sound defeatist but the fanciers know how to sort this out, will this happen no way!!!!!!!!!!!!
fantastic win from john who must be about there with the newcombes and kirkpatricks and most definately legendary status, well done john hodgson. chris with regards the wind 28 section A birds in the first 100 open positions all clocked before 9pm from an entry of approx 150 section birds would suggest that wind and racepoint location were of no handicap to the fanciers of the solway. ;) food for thought. :)
has always been the case alf, remember as a young lad watching a previous snfc secretary handing out the result for rennes at nantes marking night and when asked if i could have one was rudely dismissed and told it was for members who were in the result only!!!!!!! me and my dad were 15th west section that race with over 1500 birds in the section, that hen scored 3 times from rennes!not a very sporting attitude with me being a young excited lad who thought of nothing else other than national racing, never scarred me though. :D ps scored at the nantes race as well.
have spoken to mr hunter at the marking station and clock checking this year and comes across as a wee gent he clocked 5 doos at clermont and has had a smashing season, well done to all the section c fanciers. :)
