very well done,not trying to put a spanner in the works but regarding RECORDS the criteria has changed over the last few years ie tickets now 1/10 as against the previous norm of 1/15,also the dramatic increase in some cases of shorter national races over the very recent years with 7 races now on the card as against previous years of four five or six races,so fantastic flying and great going winning national tickets imo which makes it very special, but a RECORD not too sure about that.

you did very well slim,big jim has a very good record at the distance being one of the few to have won 1st section from the SNFC GOLD CUP.

have had a good look at the sales list and have to say there is a great mix of winning birds from 300 miles to 700 miles,think there will be a very good turnout today and also a few gems to be had. ;)

well done eadie and kelly top notch flying,a wee mention for a big pal of mine hugh martin(martin& king),had some great doos of big hugh as a school boy,was proud as punch when he asked me to swap a pair with him,took up a basket with six youngsters for hugh to take his pick,he said "i dont normally do this john but i will take the nest pair of dark cheq cocks"needless to say they both won well for hugh,great fanciers with a fantastic SNFC and LSC record and smashing memories of times spent at shottskirk rd. well done again andy,having a wee moan must be the secret. :P

ok with your first programme frank,madness with the longtown,carlisle etc,ask the midland fed boys how the racing has been??check this weeks report in the bhw!!!after the otterburns etc why do we not race on a sunday which maybe could take care of the clashing problems. ;)

sounds like a poor turnout, was at a sale in lanarkshire last week where it was packed to the rafters with doomen,the birds making great money,very few sales of late makes it more disapointing that your sale has done poorly,get to the agm vote for no sale and a tenner on the fees that will get them thinking. ;)
