got to agree with you derek . from my own personal opinion the better a standard a flier i fly against the better for me as a fanceir . derek i would love you to move up here and see if you could handle it in the far north

depends on the size of your boxes i have 20 nest boxes in a 6 by 6 section 3 wide by 4 deep along the main wall and 2 wide by 4 long on the side .

if you read the post properly am not wrong i,m not condeming any doo or man in any section thats not me .is it only in the west section that there doos have to be tough imo any long distance doo has to be tough

our ypres distance up here is shocking up here but you never hear us moaning . i get the feeling that us guys will send our doos to any race the snfc decides to have regardless of east of west race point and wont moan . i dont know if its me or no but has the snfc race points got to be planned out to give the west section as much overfly as possible . guys revert back to some of the old race points ,rennes nantes and places like that and stop feeling sorry for yourselfs and enjoy your doos regardless if you win or not.

i know that 2 ritchies and old mcdonald are not up to scratch just aswell you had 1 good judge

thanks for being so kind with your comments gareth i realy appreciate it when fanceirs like you realise what i,m hoping to acheive . its true the sport is dying but IMO the only people that can keep it alive is the fanceirs themselves and its a crying shame that some are in the mindset that there is nothing we can do to save it. the total raised from the show was £399 but there is the hire of the hall and a donation to the fraserburgh OAP,s to come of off that but the most important thing and best thing that has came out of the show is that 2 guys that used to race the doos before are thinking of starting up again .thanks robbie
