derek whats your defenition of drugs i,m not being cheeky but what kind treatments -canker and so on or performance enhancing .me personaly dont think any one in the north of scotland fed would use perfomance enhancing drugs because we dont fly for money i would think the fed,s that fly for big money maybe some people would and if they do should be chucked out for it. jmo

2 or 3 years ago a fancier from the west of our fed won his club and was realy chuffed in thinking he would get a good fed ticket aswell as it turned out the fed list was full of doos from the east section and he never got on the result .at our club fed proposals i proposed that in the short races members are only allowed to take out 3 birds each but in the middle to long take out how ever much you want it was passed at our fed agm .every body knows especialy with young birds loft location plays a massive part .for the young coming into the game its like topping the fed just seeing your name on the fed result .

dave some guys like myself have good returns but i also know of fanciers with still just under half to come 17out of 31 dont know if its predators or not but according to 3 fanciers i,ve had contact with today from aberdeen it been pissing down there all day . dave before any one thinks its young birds not trained the reason why there not home the guy with 14 to come has had the same training as me as i toss his doos for him and we,ve had 8 chucks each so its maybe down to your donald duck or not saying there is but if i had poor returns and some fanciers had good the brain would be working overtime and i would get my droppings tested to make sure there nothing hanging about them .

guys i dont want to get involved with any carry on but this thread is getting out of order me myself i had my club secretary accusing me of influinceing the canceling of the first brechin when all i did was tell 1 fancier that i dont think there will be any doos away from the FWE club due to the forcast being bad which it was .

lost 5 hitting wires round the house and 5 first toss .sent 30 to brechin first race all home so happy enough.

it could be somebodys favourite doo me i would catch it and feed and water it and try and get it back to it owner .you here of some fanciers driving 100s of miles to get there doos back so give the doo a chance you dont know whats happened to it .

had bad first toss with my one turned up on monday covered in oil be another 2 weeks before i start training it again.

29 out of 30 first race for them 70 mile happy with it.

thats a good return for you derek i,ve sent 7 across the chanell this year i,ve got 3 back none in race time but i,ve still got my long distance L plates up the good thing for me is getting some experience like you say.
