Was speaking to a guy last year about flying roundabout and he was telling me that he keeps the hens shut up in the boxes to stop them pairing and the cocks on V perches in the next section,this guy is a very good National,BICC and BBC flyer,perhaps he as better hens than cocks I,m not sure.

Ring was issued direct from the RPRA, so will have to be reported to them.

If they are breeding winners you can never have enough stock birds.

In general Sunday racing is fine,the only problem as I see it is if there is a holdover as a lot of fanciers will be working on the Monday,ok so a lot of fanciers have ETS but for me the sport is being at home to watch the birds arrive.

Did you breed anything any good off the red pied SVR I gave you.

Not on the BRICON system it cant,because their is only one way you can enter letters and numbers,you only have to get a space wrong and it wont register.

I would say no because if it had already been registered once it will tell you that it is already on the system.

I believe I am right in saying with the Bricon system there is a set way of registering birds and if this is not carried out the bird will not register.

Used this after someone recommended it on here before ,to be honest I didn,t notice any difference at all.Got mine from Waitrose.

Even the Feds with the most up to date vehicles are having bad races so I dont think its that with all of them.

When you say do I want strays I,m not exactly sure what you mean,I suppose if you mean other peoples birds if I was honest I would probably say no I dont need the extra problems they bring and the excuses you get when you report them,but being a club secretary I have many calls from non fanciers,vets,shops,factories and anybody else who might have a stray bird call in,I have travelled many miles and made many phone calls to do my utmost and get a stray bird back to its owner and as a pigeon fancier I am only to pleased to do so,I would like to think any other fancier would do the same for one of my birds,I would certainly have one of my own y.bs back as there are so many obstacles these days that can cause them to become strays.

What is your reasoning on saying that nobody should really want them.

Mystery to us where they went,thing was the Fed changed the race from Saturday until the Sunday and around here Saturday would of been the better day,some think they didnt clear the race point but there are so many reasons why they could have taken so long

It certainly was I cant remember the last time we had such a tough race from only 60+ miles,we are having some very strange racing its a job to put it down to one particular thing.

Dont have time for anything else,its Pigeons,Pigeons and more Pigeons for me.
