Just wondering why the club who did the 3 way test on your clock didn,t give you a certificate.

This ring was issued by the National Flying Club you will have to report it to the R.P.R.A, 01452-713529 or report it on line.

I think you may be getting this mixed up with the number of members needed to operate club marking,I run a clock station for most of the national clubs and i cant remember reading that rule in the union rules or the various clubs,what you may need is 2 or 3 members when you are opening the clocks.

How about using the method we have,as i,m secretary of the club i get a call from the federation secretary to tell me when the birds are liberated,I then phone all my club members to give them the imformation,cost to them 10p on the friday when we basket the birds.I know some clubs may have large memberships but perhaps then 2 people could ring half the members each,it only takes a few minutes to let everyone know.

Think its R.V.Woodcraft who make the wooden ones,they usually have a advert in one of the pigeon weeklies.

Will your club not be going over to ETS in the near future Gez,seems a waste buying a new ringer when perhaps you wont be needing it in the next few months.

Do these rings work on any system or do you guys only use Unikon anyway.

As a club secretary i have been trying to find out as much as I possibly can over the last couple of months about the differant ETS systems,at the Spring fair which was held at the Bescot Stadium Walsall there were various ones on show but i must admit that the Bricon system was the one i was most impressed with,one thing which i was concerned about was the fact that the Unikon system would not read the Bricon rings when they were passed over the pad,but there was no problem passing the Unikon ring over the Bricon pad.Can someone tell me if these rings are not supposed to be compatable with all systems,or is this a problem with the Unikon system.
