i have a 6ft x 4ft stock end and 6 nest boxes are on end 6ft giving the 4ft flight room to boxes...i have no problems at all. also i agree with previous comment about extending flight full length...it will add more room for inmates during the day. If i had the room myself i would build an aviary full length...tis only good for the birds, plenty fresh air and sunshine...with baths added. But not to be for me atb Mick

a pigeon may know what it needs to eat to stay healthy to breed to repair muscle etc etc but it doesnt know your going to send it 5/600 miles therefore any extra fuel you can give them(what they dont think they need) will help them on their way. Mick

Bill i can relate to what your saying, but when i said well trained ybs ..means 50 miles atleast off the line off flight. but ybs range in groups and if not trained to break or home on their own they will will struggle to break from a big convoy, therefore fly around with a big batch for safety. as you said earlier in another post having the right birds makes a difference. atb for 2014 Mick

can i ask what is the SNFC policy on drug testing???..they have to have one if they tested a loft last year. What id like to know is what determines such a test and what list of substances they test for and what regulations governs these tests(their own or others)?? atb Mick
