    John Crowder

i will add a hen frm john bred 1st fed yb nat grand son 1st fed yb open newark by a distance.plus other club and fed tickets for her yb,s then she won 2nd in her class at show.so she can breed them and is good looking to.also gave a yb of her away to new fancier was best yb i his loft so some more tickets for a yb of her
  5. NICE 1 GEORGE MORE TO GET IN 2013 ALL THE BEST
  6. i read it like stevies looking to buy in a kit that he hopes race well and score as yb,s so think that would count the aardens out .as i think aardens are slower to mature might be wrong. i would look around for a fanciers that are knowen for flying yb,s well try get a kit from one of them or look and see if their are any strains that are knowen to mature fast as yb,s for racing.
  7. not as good as i had hoped .with changing a few pair their not that keen on their new mates .1 of the yearling pairs the hen i want paired to 1 of the dark ch does not like any of them she likes loves BB.put her to side with dark ch for few days think job done put pair back in she then goes chasing any BB she can.
  8. i have a good working pair my missus knows me very well and would ask for a cheque when i am most vulnerable. easy to work that one out

    Air Guns

glad you put this up peter DOES ANYONE WANT AN AIR GUN still think it is wrong if anything change the age to over 21
  11. easy way round that you have 14 days to pay or transfer foid and lose right to transfer birds by email
  12. that won,t happen a full pooler does not come home.their might be a few you would need to chase for the money
  13. dont tell him tell me.also how big a team does he race outstanding results.
  14. if you get a P/O for say £50 it is about £55 to get it.the other thing is at the last min you might want to put a bit more or less on the pools
  15. all of us that race in the s.n.f.c don,t have cheque books. speaking for myself i need to 1 work out birds going any pools ect then go to bank pay the sum i get to in to bank via giro slip s.n.f.c. send out or 2 work out birds going and any pools then get mate to wright a cheque. would be a lot easier if their was one of the wee electric gizmos that most small shops now have at marking stations.just pop in your bank card type amount and pay. surly that would make it a lot easier for fanciers like myself. also payment straight in to s.n.f.c.bank. don,t think the wee electronic card payment things are that expensive.just a thought for an easier way to pay
  16. i don,t think you can .i think it would be a step forward if you could. also think it would be easy to introduce .with each member getting their own private transfer number .only the owner can transfer their birds to another fancier via email using their private transfer number.then an email back from s.h.u to confirm transfer.it has got to be faster and less time consuming for both fancier and s.h.u
  17. a very good read

    The Lone Ranger

hears his tip for the next time on a horse hands 4in apart heals down and try get a straight line shoulders hips heals
  19. as you have pointed out only fools breed yb,s at this time .that is a bit over the top.your going to educate on racing yb,s look forward to readng this and the results that this helps the yb,s do . as i fly natural yb,s and old birds
  20. andy think he means how far do you let yb,s go on the wing moult before you stop them
  21. have to disagree with you danny on sprinters winning a distance race ie the yb nat. alot of good sprinters mature very fast as yb,s where as your true distance yb,s mature alot slower.also the yb nat is fair bit away from a distance race with it only being 230 ish to last years winner and only 243 up to me. with that being the distance most class that as a sprint distance .as for one eyed jacks squawking .as far as i know up till now the one loft yb,s will be going to yb nat as their last hot spot race.then on with the unc for final race.so it looks like the one loft birds will be at yb nat .we guess at maybe 300 more or less.at 300 x £2 a skull that's £600. we can all squawk 300 birds to the 1 area the 1 loft will drag them over.load of crap if anybody thinks that as i find it hard to see what will the other 2000 plus birds be doing. with the yb nat being under 250 for a lot of us it won,t be the 1st time it has been won by a sprint bird fact.as for making yb nat your main goal not for me yb,s are yb,s for only a year .then it,s time to plan what your doing with them as yb,s are well educated if they race well enough from yb nat and for me education and learning in yb,s stands them in good stead for future life racing
  22. then no don,t think so and that would have been 2 votes for the inland nats
  23. that depends are you going
  24. pair on full moon more light getting in to loft through the night.yb,s hatch on night with full moon again more light getting in to loft through the night so helping birds feed yb,s.
  25. yb,s not got an egg yet
