  1. If a current Fed member was moving outwith the boundaries of the Fed, what is the correct procedure to follow if they wished to remain a member and compete in the same club / Fed..? *RPRA affiliated Fed
  2. Agree
  3. And I think it’s nonsense that the SHU or RPRA for that matter should dictate that any member must stamp or have a phone ring on their pigeons
  4. If you have prepared a pigeon to go to a National race and it was refused entry.. what would you gain from going to the SHU and complaining.. it wouldn’t make that pigeon now accepted in the race.. The rule is stated in the SNFC rule book this year so is certainly not outdated.
  5. Spot on..
  6. I’ve never been refused as I don’t wing stamp my birds or use phone rings
  7. I’m almost positive birds can’t go thru at SNFC marking with wing stamps or telephone rings.. Ive both an SHU and RPRA member
  8. ID or wing stamp compulsory, but you can’t put them thru National marking with either ?
  9. I had a great time judging last night.. some cracking doos on show.. 👌ðŸ»
  10. Gordon has have us a box or cups / trophies But they are all un-marked cups.. we will assign them a propose and have them Engraved.. But I’m on the lookout for all the actual old Fed trophies.. Massarella Cup etc
  11. Call out to all Glasgow or ex Glasgow Fed members.. I’m currently in the process of organising our first Fed Presentation for a fair number of years.. which we hope to hold early in the New Year.. Can members please have a look in their house or lofts for any old Fed trophies and pass on the message to any Fed members who may not be on basics or the Internet.. Many Thanks Alan Jones 07957109605
  12. If you think good doos are racing from 300/400/500 miles in to Glasgow or Lanarkshire and are going home via Dunbar then you are aff yer nut.. 3 main reasons for losses are in no particular order. BOP , CRAP Doos , Un healthy doos
  13. I would do away with Inlands.. these should be combine races IMO
  14. Rennes was 556 to us and Liege is 555, so we canny be far of what we have historically always been.. The lads in the West certainly get a truer overfly when we fly from Belgium IMO
  15. YB National won in to Dumbarton by J. Hart & Son In 1968 I think
  16. Could keep the OB & YB programmes status quo and every 2nd Sunday from start of May till end of August have a 80/100 training race.. this would help with getting birds fit, birds which have been Injured, training for longer races, folk who want there YBs going early then put by could use it, again more training and transporter experience for later YBs or doos that have been ill or injured.. Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Ayrshire could tie up and iron out any difficulties which we face face if we again looked at combine racing or joint convoying..
  17. Cheers lads
  18. Cheers lads ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘ðŸ»ðŸ‘🻠And congratulations to yourself Del.. a superb performance as well
  19. Budgie I have a contact in Alnwick if you want me to speak to him ?
  20. EXACTLY..!!!!
  21. If you aren’t going to do it right don’t volunteer.. simple
  22. Well done the winners.. ðŸ‘🻠Less than 1% of the convoy on the result.. maybe needs a re-think
